The space
MAIN LIVING AREA
Put your feet up and unwind in the open and super comfortable living room. Relax on the sofa, watch a DVD movie or your favorite Netflix series, dive into a good book/local guide or engage in a board game or Jenga. Find your own quiet space (and place).
KITCHEN & DINING
Make up your own tasty treats in the full kitchen area with refrigerator, stove, oven, Keurig coffee maker, tea kettle, microwave and toaster. Cookware, plates, cups, glasses, Pots, pans and cooking utensils/silverware are provided. A table in the dining area seats four. Outdoor seating is available to take in the ambiance of St. James Place and enjoy a great cup of joe or your favorite cocktail.
BEDROOM & BATH
The Villa sleeps four with one open and airy bedroom with a Queen-size bed (You may just have the BEST SLEEP of Your Life Here) and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room (extra pillows and linens provided). The main full bathroom is equipped with a deep-soaking tub and a rain shower combination. A half bath on the main floor is great for guests. A hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and bubblebath are included.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Take in the fresh air, nature and seclusion with plenty of well-appointed green spaces around your personal retreat. The giant patio area includes access to the large pool AND...you are treated to outdoor lounge chairs for relaxing and sunbathing . Exploring around the grounds you’ll find a well-maintained property.

Parking spaces are off-street and you are allowed up to two vehicles.
