Let's start outside… Take a dip in the pool all year round with heating and underwater lighting to suit your mood. Golf your heart out on the new three hole putting green or chill on the luxe sun lounges and listen to your tunes*. There's a grill for BBQs and plenty of seating; dining for 10, a four seater high-top where we like to play cards, and lounge seating under the patio. You'll also find bags to play on the turf, and, when it’s really hot, turn on the patio misters to cool down.
The downstairs main floor is where you'll spend most of your time inside, with several living areas to meet every need. The casual family room with 75" TV is perfect for lazing and watching the game on the huge sectional sofa with wet bar nearby. When there's contention on what to watch, section off your viewers in the other formal living area with 65" TV! Host a dinner party or gather round to play games in the stylish dining room with a table that seats 10.
The kitchen, or 'heart of the home' holds the finest appliances and dinnerware; Jura coffee machine (if you don't know this brand, you will be loving it by the time you leave!) Vitamix blender, Cutco knives, cookware, dishes & glasses for any type of meal. There's a breakfast table and kitchen bar with plenty of room for casual eating. The pantry comes fully stocked, so help yourself to everything used daily like oils, spices etc.
Also on the main floor you'll find the games closet, full laundry room, half bathroom and study/bedroom with lounge that pulls out to a queen size bed.
Upstairs has 4 bedrooms - 3 with king size beds, 1 with queen size bed, sleeping up to 8 adults - and there are bathrooms connected to all bedrooms. The master suite has plenty of room to accommodate a babe's crib if needed. The master bathroom has a huge shower with multiple settings and a freestanding full size tub to clean, soak or escape ;) We can pretty well guarantee you a good night's sleep no matter which room you're in. All mattresses, linen and towels are luxury hotel standard, carefully selected for premium comfort.
We cater to the finer details in life and hope to offer you a high quality and luxurious stay.
You will have access to all areas with the exception of the master closet, front room and garage. For >2 week stays, we can make these spaces available on request. The driveway has space for two cars and there is plenty of off street parking.
*This area is a community that's respectful of our neighbors, so if partying all night is your jam, this isn't the rental for you. While the backyard is super private, we don't want to upset the neighbors with offensive or loud music.
