Home has hardwood flooring, stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, granite counters, tiled baths, central AC throughout, wireless internet, and tv's in two bedrooms and the living room. Dining table for 6 plus 3 at the counter. No garage use, but there is storage for chairs in a separate storage area. It also has a large front patio and an outside shower. Four beach tags are provided. Tenants must provide linens and towels. Rental is weekly Saturday to Saturday.
