Our property will make the perfect home base for your next vacation. It's beautifully
decorated, and comfortably furnished. After a long day spent at the beach and pool, prepare your meals in the well-stocked gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, or head outside to
strike up the grill. This house is loaded with features that will make it feel like home with hi speed wireless internet, two separate living room spaces, 4 tv's, outdoor seating on both its rear deck and front porch, various bikes, boogie boards, and beach chairs. A game room in the garage to keep the kids busy when back at the house. The master bedroom features a king bed and en-suite bathroom with whirlpool tub and separate shower. At the rear of the house there are two more bedrooms, both queen size beds sharing a 2nd full bathroom. On this main floor, you'll also find the kitchen, a powder room, dining area, and two living rooms.
SHOPPING/RESTAURANTS:
Within Bayside, you'll find Juice Box which features coffee, smoothies, and healthy eats, Signatures Restaurant for full service dining, and 38 Degrees which is open seasonally. Harris Teeter, CVS, PNC Bank, Fox's Pizza Den, a wine/
liquor store, an ice cream shop, and McDonalds are conveniently located at the entrance of the community. In addition, there are many other
great dining and shopping options within a short drive of Bayside.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES: There are so many things to do at Bayside. Amenities include tennis and pickle ball courts, basketball courts, indoor and outdoor pools with snack bars/bars, hot tubs, splash zone for kids, fitness centers, kayaking, paddle boards, nature walking and biking trails, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, and more. Bring your poles and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds or try your luck at crabbing from the pier. Enjoy live music at one of the scheduled events throughout the community, or attend a performance at the Freeman Arts Stage located within the community. Bayside is just a short 4 mile drive to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches and attractions. Bayside Amenity Passes are not included in the rental rates. Purchase is optional, but passes are required for guests ages 5 and older to access the pools, fitness centers, sports courts, kayaking, and paddle boarding in Bayside. Amenity fees are priced per person and vary by the time of year (see below). The Health & Aquatics Center and sports courts remain open year-round. Outdoor pools close during the off-season. Golf is available for an additional fee.

Summer Season (May 13 - Sept. 24): 3 Consecutive Days $65 per person and 7 Consecutive Days $115 per person
