The condo is located in the beautiful Brigantine Island Beach Resort (BIBR), which is directly on the ocean dunes. Immaculate one bedroom, one bath condo is located on the second floor, and is beautifully furnished with a private balcony. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The smoke free unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. Central Air ! Covered parking keeps your car cool in the summer heat. Additional private storage locker is located in the carport to keep your beach items safe and secured. Pets are NOT allowed by the Condo association, but feel free to bring the kids !! Take a dip in the private heated pool after a morning on the beach. The beach adjacent to the condo is nice and wide, so there is plenty of room to spread out. NEW unit UPGRADES include; new queen sleeper sofa, new queen master bed, new ceiling fan/lights in the bedroom and living room, new microwave and kitchen sink, new paint, new blinds, etc. Upgrades to bathroom and basically the entire unit !!
