4 Bedroom Cottage in Tannersville

Your family will love the vicinity of this standalone home to the ski resort and water park. The house is sanitized and clean before your visit. You will enjoy the best of the Poconos in our home. We have everything you need to work from home including Wi-Fi as well as an arcade machine in the loft for the kids and adults to enjoy.

The 1st floor has a kitchen and a half bath with a washer and dryer. The 2nd floor has two full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The master suite has a full bathroom and has a king-sized. The other two bedrooms each have queen-sized beds. The loft is located on the 3rd floor and has 3 sets of bunk beds which is ideal for kids. There is an Arcade One video game machine in the loft for the kids to play with.

The entire home is available for your private use. Our house is well-suited for families and we do not permit hosting parties. Please be advised that we do not rent to guests that are under the age of 28 years old. Please note that we do not allow pets of any kind due to our allergies.

Our house is located on Camelback mountain and you will be reminded of this as our driveway is very steep! The driveway can comfortably hold two regularly sized vehicles. Should you wish to park next to the house instead of the driveway, you can park in the overflow parking areas. All vehicles must be registered before arrival so please send your license plate numbers to us. Please ensure that all trash and recycling is removed and placed in the trash compactor for the housing community upon leaving. No trash pickup service is provided. There is absolutely NO SMOKING permitted inside the home.
Additionally, please note that there are no fireworks permitted due to fire hazards on the mountain. If you have any questions, our manager will be available to answer them. We look forward to hosting you!

Summary: Five Stars. We enjoyed our stay. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It was clean and tidy. Very quick trip to Camelback. Close to restaurants. I would stay here again and recommend it. Very close to Camelback for skiing and indoor water park… probably a two minute car ride. Since that’s why we traveled to Tannersville this was a big plus. The home was clean. Communication with the manager was great. They were very responsive. It was listed as only having three bedrooms, but it really has four. The fourth is called a loft, but has its own door so to me, it is another huge bedroom with bunkbeds and two other single beds. That door is important if you have a bunch of teenagers in the loft and want to shut out the noise. Some things to note. None of the following are the fault of the owner or management. These are fully disclosed in the listing, but it bears repeating here. The driveway is extremely steep, narrow, and short. You cannot fit two cars side-by-side without the passengers walking on the grass. If there is any ice whatsoever, it would be dangerous to park on it or even walk on it. But walking on the driveway is the only way to get up to the road if you don’t drive. To make matters worse, the driveway is not very long… Maybe two car lengths so someone could easily drive into the garage door.. So if you have a full size vehicle, you will need to park on the road. But there is only one spot where you can possibly park without being towed. The garage is very small. We have regular sized cars and yet it was nearly impossible to get in and out of the vehicles due to being squeezed in. Then we couldn’t close the garage door without backing up almost to the back wall. I would classify it as a one car garage with poles in the middle to bang your doors on.
