Lovely cottage home with cozy bedrooms, entire 1st fl unit, 1 bedroom Approx. 700 sq ft. Drenched sunlight and within steps of the beach, 4 houses or 400 feet from Sandy Beach and Long Island Sound. Newer bath and kitchen remodel. Open concept kitchenette (no stove or oven) , with refrigerator, Juicer, Keurig, microwave, and toaster. Enjoy strolls along the boardwalk with sunset views. Beach gear, bicycle, scooter, family-fun board games, and Yard games, WiFi & premium cable TV .
1 large flat-screen TVs, premium cable, with HBO, Showtime, and Xbox. 3 AC unit in the apartment for a cooling feeling.
