Serene Waterfront home in quiet Mystic Island of Little Egg Harbor! Home has dock for fishing, boats, and other water activities. Close to restaurants, beaches, casinos, golf courses, parks and shopping. We are 5 mins from local beach Graveling Point & Great Bay Marina, 15 mins from Historic Smithville & Tuckerton Seaport, and 30 mins from Atlantic City & Long Beach Island. There is a Ferry to LBI from Tuckerton Seaport. One hour to beautiful Cape May! Relax & Unwind!

-You have full access to the entire top level of the home, garage, deck, patio and lagoon.
-Must be 27 or older to rent and provide government issued ID.
-Feel free to use the kayaks and tubes at your own risk kept in garage. Must sign liability waivers and wear life vests! Waivers will be provided.
-Feel free to use our beach chairs (2) and floating tubes for beach or lagoon activities.
-No smoking inside the house.
-No visitors.
-No pets.
-Coffee and tea provided. (Keurig and Mr. Coffee Pots)
-Kitchen has silverware, cooking pots, dishes, cups, small appliances, dish washing liquid, Brillo pads, sponges and paper towels.
-All beds are fully dressed with quilts/comforters and pillows.
-Each bedroom & living room has a TV (total 4) equipped with most streaming apps.
-MUST bring your own sheets. Sheets can be requested to be put on beds for an additional cost.
-Some Bath towels and beach towels are provided in the linen closet.
-Some paper goods are provided to get you through the first few days.
-Deck has a table with patio chairs, rocking chairs, and BBQ.
-Next to lagoon there is a fire pit, conversation set, picnic table. We keep some spare lounge chairs, tables, and umbrellas in the garage you are welcome to use.
-Fire pit in backyard. No blazing fires, please.
-Please be considerate of the neighbors. Do NOT blast your music. No noise after 10 PM as per county ordinance. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and neighbors need to get up early for work.
-A hair dryer, iron with board, and steamer are provided.
-A vacuum, swifter, mop, and broom can be found in one of the first bedroom closets or laundry closet. Be mindful if you decide to clean and do not soak the wood floor with water.
-We apologize ahead of time if there is an item that is broken. Unfortunately, sometimes guests accidentally break something and forget to inform us. If we are unaware of breakage, we are not able to have it repaired or replaced.
-Please let us know if there is anything you think you will need for your stay and we will be more than happy to accommodate!
