Available for the entire summer season, Memorial Day Weekend through August 31st. Perfect home for family to begin creating lifelong summer vacation memories. Located in the beautiful town of Rumson in a great neighborhood. A short walk to the beach town of Sea Bright, close to restaurants for every taste, bars, stores, surf shop and more.
House has 3 bedrooms on the second floor, 2 full baths, one up and one down. Master bedroom has a queen bed. Twin bed in each of the other bedrooms with pop-up trundle in bedroom 2. First floor has large living room with flat screen TV, dining room with large table that easily seats 8. (has accommodated 12 on holidays). Den off the dining room with pocket doors if it is used for sleeping on the single daybed. Eat in kitchen with stainless appliances, washer and dryer in utility room. Lovely gardens surround the backyard patio where there are raspberry plants just waiting to be picked. Gardener comes weekly. Large picnic table and charcoal grill for those outdoor dinners.
