One block to the beach with views of both Delaware Bay and Prime Hook Wildlife Refuge. Just 20miles to Rehoboth Beach for a night out on the town and strolling the boardwalk. 3 Levels with Game room, Kitchenette & Full Bath on the ground floor. Living Room, Dining, Kitchen, Sunroom, 1/2bath & Primary Bdrm/Bath on 2nd Living Level & 3Bdrms & Full Bath on 3rd Floor.
Tenants love that it is pet friendly & so close to the bay beach.
Dog Friendly~with $340 NR pet fee per dog. If you do not add the pet fee of $340/per 1 pet/$175 for additional pet/s in the quote, then the quote will need to be readjusted. A pet addendum will accompany the lease from Crowley Assoc that will need to be returned with our lease.
Please Note: There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.
