Summary: No WiFi for the duration of my stay.I asked when it started,and they said the week prior.It would have been good customer service if they would have informed me ahead of time,since it was a business trip.I was stuck since I got the non refundable rate.Not a happy traveler.Plus,didn't clear the snow from the lot enough.
