Summary: The hotel is new and in a busy area of the Bronx, that locals felt was pretty safe. It is conveniently located near a subway stop (10 minutes walking) and as a Baltimore native the area felt reasonably safe to us. The parking lot is small but serviceable and convenient given parking in NYC. Overall cleanly and reasonable but our sheet had a small drop of blood on it. The desk person promptly took care of the issue when it was raised.
