Spacious living room includes comfy sofa, 65" Smart HDTV, two private walk-out decks, Bowflex C6 exercise bike with adjustable dumbbells and exercise bench, laundry area, free high-speed Wi-Fi, private backyard, on-street parking and key-less access.
IMPORTANT DETAILS TO NOTE:
- Use of the outdoor areas is strictly prohibited after 10 PM to respect the privacy and peace of the nearby neighbors.
- The outdoor furniture is kept in storage during the wintertime and will not be available for guest use during those months.
