Summary: The staff were fantastice. Unfortunately we cannot rate this resort better because the pool was unusable. The large adult pool was being used by a child who pooped in it everyday. We brought it to the attention of the owner who assured us they would address it. The next day the child again pooped in the adult pool. Upon check out, we watched the dad, mom and child trying to remove the poop from the adult pool for the third day in a row. We came to the conclusion that this was a daily occurence. And therefore we could not use the pool. I would suggest a sign stating adult only. And please enforce the rule! It ruined our stay at this resort. There was a kids pool there. Just unfortunate that this child was using the adult pool as his toilet. At least a childs pool would be easier to clean. This family was a long stay. So we witnessed it happen each day. It would be happening for another two weeks.
