In our beach villa with a breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean, up to 10 people can spend their vacation directly on the beach in four rooms. From every bed in the house you have a fantastic view of the turquoise blue sea!
The house, located directly on one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Zanzibar, has two apartments with separate access and their own veranda. From the veranda you can enjoy the wonderful view of the Indian Ocean.
The upper apartment: 2 people per room, each room has its own shower bath with hot water and its own refrigerator, an outdoor kitchen with basic equipment, the sunset roof terrace, additional large roof terrace with a view of the turquoise blue sea and the beach and not only for kite surfers beloved sandbar. Each spacious and well-kept room has its own shower room, one of the rooms has its own balcony. The spacious roof terrace allows plenty of privacy. An outdoor kitchen is available. Food can be prepared on request. The rooms can be rented individually or together as an apartment. Of course you can also request the entire house. Please mark this directly with your first request. Breakfast and lunch / dinner can be prepared on request at an additional cost.
The lower apartment has two bedrooms with sea views and is suitable for up to five people, a bathroom, a large lounge and a kitchenette. On the wooden veranda you can enjoy the view of the beach and the sea. This apartment is ideal for families with small children. A cot can be provided on request. Children are welcome!
A kitesurfing school is located at the end of the sandy beach. Despite the tides, there are very good conditions thanks to a sandbar reaching into the turquoise blue sea.
Getting to know Zanzibar and the people: The proximity to the village not only offers protection, but also the opportunity to participate in the life of the villagers and thus experience Zanzibar, its culture and ways of life. The house is looked after by selected villagers who provide access to family life. Thanks to the special rental concept, the income flows into the standard security of the house, but also into social projects of the village and the training of some villagers. Several shops and restaurants are in the vicinity. The bus also stops nearby. Our local cooperation partners are available for excursions in and around Zanzibar, as well as rental cars for your arrival.
