Positive: Perfect location, close to the beach. Tasty fresh breakfast prepared directly from the wife of the owner, every morning a lot of fruits. Moringe is smart and available to manage every needs. You can do also a lot of stuff having fair price. It is an homestay in a village so the forniture obviously are not the one that you can find in an hotel.
