Summary: The staff was good and friendly but the property needs some serious work. The picture showed a room with a seating area by the sliding doors....I guess the furniture got old and they just removed it as the only place to sit in this resort was the bed. Not exactly more than a 2 star rating for that. The bathrooms need a real upgrade as there is mold and discoloured grout and caulking that is really nasty. Finally, it doesn't matter how long you stay, the first 2 bottles of water are free and then you must pay for water after this....never seen anything like that...for water??? Far from the 4 star they claim!
