Ideal for couples or small family and pet friendly. The property is part of a vintage motel called Twin Pond located on 2.5 acres located at 743 Old Montauk Highway. The studio is open living room and 180 degree views of the ocean (1) queen and sleeper sofa option for a child. It's a short distance to town (you can walk) and is near some of the best restaurant. There is outdoor furniture, a table for 4 and a Weber gas grill. This property is located directly oceanside on the Old Montauk Hwy.
Week begins Friday 4pm and ends the following Friday at 11:00am.
$175 cleaning and garbage removal. The dog fee is $250 per dog per week. Only small to medium size dogs. No cats or other animals.
