The space
This modern farmhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood in Country Club Estates in Novato. You’ll enjoy two inviting living areas: one with a large comfortable sofa for lounging around, playing board games or watching TV – the second is perfect to get cozy and read a book in front of the gas fireplace. The open floor plan includes a dining room that seats eight and a gourmet kitchen with top of the line appliances.
There are four bedrooms plus bonus sleeping area in the sitting room: The Primary BR has a King bed and ensuite bathroom, the 2nd and 3rd BRs have Queen beds with desks, for those who may be doing a work-cation. The 4th BR has a very comfortable pullout Queen sofa bed and desk. In the sitting room, the sofa pulls out to a top-of-the-line Queen bed, as well. There are three bathrooms: 1st in the ensuite for the Primary BR includes a shower, the 2nd bathroom upstairs also has a shower and the 3rd is a half-bath downstairs. Laundry includes washer/dryer.
The back yard features a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, BBQ (gas and charcoal), comfortable outdoor furniture and a firepit.
