Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton, Tokoriki Island. The island and beach are gorgeous with great snorkelling a swim out from the hotel. The pool is nice with lovely sunset views. The hotel is a good size to get to know other guests (small enough that you run into the same people each day but not so small you are on top of each other). The customer service could be improved, particularly at the pool bar and happy hour deck bar. We often had to wait a long time to be served. The food and drinks are expensive, but I guess that's what you expect on an island. I would recommend bringing some alcohol/snacks with you. The kids club had fun activities listed but there weren't many children using it when we were there so it wasn't the best (though Leila was awesome). Great value nannies available from 7am to 11pm. The rooms were kept clean. Occasionally the power/water would drop out, but it never lasted long and, again, this is to be expected on an island. Overall, great value for money (if you book early enough) and a lovely place to spend a week!
