Positive: This is a wonderful, new (opened in 2025), family-run boutique hotel with just 5 rooms total, on a nice beach just south of Sichon. Rooms are brand new, spacious and sparkling clean, with an accompanying small outdoor eating area facing the beach, etc. Nice new/modern coffee shop on site with optional American breakfast, and nice restaurants within <1 km driving or walking distance to both the north and south along the beach road. It's a very quiet area overall, so one should come here for needed R&R, not for night life!

Negative: There is truly nothing to complain about (!). Nonetheless, here are just a couple of suggestions for the owners' potential benefit. And given their clear desire to please, my guess is that they will solve these two issues within a week or two of my review: First, if the main resort lights are left on at night, then for those who prefer or need total darkness for sleeping, those lights can shine through the nice, large, ceiling-level windows facing the beach (which are great, but also high up and without any blinds on them) and potentially interfere with sleep. So that happened to me the first night. But I informed the wonderful owner of this the next morning, who then kindly shut those main lights off at night beginning at 9-10 pm for my final two nights, greatly aiding sleep. Those stronger lights are definitely not needed at all (!), as there are still plenty of lesser, secondary lights on the property that light the way just fine for anyone arriving back to the hotel at night. My two suggestions to the wonderful owners are: (1) put controllable indoor blinds over those ceiling-level windows if they can afford it (I know it would be expensive, given the very fine quality of their hotel!); and (2) Add a simple outdoor bottle opener somewhere on the property while informing guests where it is, so that guests who don't have personal bottle openers with them don't have to bug the owners for one, especially at night! (Or alternatively, just outfit all 5 rooms with the bottle opener/corkscrew combination that the owner kindly personally provided to me at my request). These suggestions are minor though, as overall this new little boutique hotel is/was simply outstanding!

Summary: Wonderful new, family-run boutique hotel on a nice beach with spacious and sparkling-clean rooms.
