Security cameras are located within the home's common areas only to monitor home status during non-occupied times. Cameras are turned off when the home is occupied.
IMPORTANT – The primary guest (renter) must sign and return a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Terms of the agreement apply to all guests staying on the property. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information and home details are made available. This is a Peninsula HOA community requirement.
Peninsula Community registration forms must be completed 14 days prior to arrival. Failure to submit these by the deadline will result in a late fee assessed to the reservation. This form will allow the Host to register the guests for community entry.
The primary guest (renter) must sign and Peninsula Community Rules and Regulations and sign/return acknowledgement that they have been reviewed. The primary guest is responsible for all guests staying on the property.
Damage waiver: Guests must choose to purchase a damage protection insurance policy ($89 Damage fee) covering $3,000 in accidental damage, OR pay a refundable security deposit of $3,000 at the time of booking. The Damage fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. This step is accomplished during the booking process.
