Carefully curated modern classic interior design, featuring antique, midcentury modern and contemporary pieces. 3 min walk to buzzing downtown Culver city with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. 3 min walk to one of the first film studios in America Culver Studios (Amazon), 10 min walk to Sony Studios, 15 min walk to HBO, Apple offices.
The closest beach would be Playa Del Rey, which is about 15min drive from the house. Trader Joes is about 7 min walk, playground 2 min walk.

It is a very quiet family neighbourhood and this is our full time home so please be respectful to the house and the surroundings.
There is parking in our driveway for 2 cars.

Other things to note
The house is surrounded by huge trees so you get a lot of bird chirping in the mornings!
In the evenings it gets chilly, as we are close to the ocean, so you can cool the house down naturally by opening windows and doors, but please make sure that all the nettings are on. You will also smell the jasmine from our garden!
Because of the amount of vegetation we are situated in mosquitos are a thing in the evenings.
