Light filled space comfortably fits 2, but can accommodate 4 (with sofabed). (Please note -- additional guests over 2 incur an additional $25/person per night.)
Guests' space is completely private with separate entrance (front & back), all amenities included - cable/WiFi, gourmet kitchen, washer/dryer, heated floors (bedroom/bathroom). Conveniently located and designed to accommodate business travelers and visitors alike.
One block from public bus, Capitol Bikeshare, 8 blocks from 2 metro lines (Union Station & Eastern Market), and 2 blocks from the H Street trolley, and 4 blocks from Whole Foods. I spent 2 years lovingly rebuilding this space in an 1890s historic row house to make it incredible. Every attention to detail, to include solar panels for the house. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do, and make it your home away from home - enriching your visit with fond memories of DC, the neighborhood and the Urban Sanctuary. No pets, no smoking, not more than 4 guests. Kindly ask that you treat this like your home & care for the space and the community (neighbors & the environment).
