Positive: The staff were amazing, Richard in particular was super helpful with all requests and questions. Breakfast was incredible, hotel room was beautiful and spotless. Catered to late arrivals/departures and helped arrange tours.

Negative: The hotel is a 10 min walk from the main road on busy side streets which can be tricky with suitcases - but this would be a common occurrence across stone town.
