Situated halfway between Greenfield and Williamstown, MA and on the border of Vermont, the house is steps away from over 500 acres of hiking trails. Guests also have access to Pelham Lake with a sandy beach and playground area, canoes, paddle boards and kayaking. The backyard is large and the back porch invites reading in rocking chairs or a hammock. A short 15-20 minutes away in Charlemont, Mass, are two water rafting or zip-lining recreation offerings, or skiing or snowboarding in Berkshire East Mountain Resort. It is about 40 minutes from Haystack and Stowe skiing resorts in Vermont.
