Summary: I will start with the good! The place is huge, ample room for a big group! Nice outdoor balcony with more room to eat and hang out if needed. The location is AMAZING, so close to the boardwalk and beach, and right smack in the middle of everything! You can get to the boardwalk and turn either direction to get to either end in no time!The not so good, the place could use a good cleaning, the floor was absolutely filthy, the bottom of our socks/feet were black. On day one I was told by the property manager to not open the garage door so much (we were unloading our car), which I found to be an odd request considering we were going to need to open it daily to go to the beach, etc. I looked back and saw a review from earlier in the Summer where the garage door stopped working. So, if there was an issue, it should have been fixed, instead of telling people that are paying a large amount of money to stay there, not to open the garage door. The lack of air conditioning was also an issue, luckily it wasn't too hot the week we were there, but the lower level remained at about 78 degrees which is way to warm for sleeping. The whole house was warm but we were told not to touch the thermostats, so again paying a lot to stay there, but can't make ourselves comfortable. The first night the air conditioning unit kept half the house up, because of the loud noises it was making! One TV didn't work, one of the upstairs bedrooms main plugs didn't work, (TV wouldn't turn on). Need maintenance!!
