This bright, beautifully decorated 3,500 sq. ft home features 9' ceilings, a 2-story living room, fully-stocked kitchen with new appliances, family room with huge sectional and 65" tv, dining room, office, mudroom, a new full bath, and new powder room. The second floor has a bridge overlooking the living room, a huge primary king bedroom with an en-suite bath plus 3 additional bedrooms with queen beds with mounted tv's and a brand new full-size hall bath.
Enjoy the expansive outdoor space which gets all day sun and is designed for a variety of activities. Whether it's lounging in the heated saltwater pool, having a memorable meal on the patio, or enjoying a game of badminton or cornhole on our beautiful lawn, this home has an abundance of space to make every moment memorable.
You'll also enjoy everything Westhampton has to offer including our popular boutiques, restaurants, and local beaches just minutes away. We're also a short drive to the Northfork Wineries and the US Open in Southampton. Minimum stay is 1 week (10 days during July 4th)
Since this is our family home, we ask that our guests respect and take care of our belongings and be mindful of our neighbors. Our guests can have visitors, they just need to be approved in advance by the host.
