Summary: I contacted the host before reserving to make sure it had local tv and they replied yes. It did not. Very disappointing! House is new and was spotlessly clean but it needs additions to make it comfortable for renters. It sleeps eight but the living room seats 4. It needs more furniture/recliner. More instructions would be helpful. We did not know what the white remote on the end table was for. The remote for the fan apparently has dead batteries. There needs to be curtains in the living room on the door and French doors for privacy at night. Also the Sun comes in the French doors in the morning. A couple of folding lawn chairs for the porch would be nice. After 2 very cool showers we contacted the host and found out the hot water tank was on the first notch above off. We tried both showers before we realized there was a problem. A small stand beside the washer/dryer for soap softener Etc would be nice. The bathrooms have small vanities and nowhere for toiletries. A shelf on the wall beside the vanities would be very helpful. Some hooks in the bathrooms for clothing would be nice. A full length mirror somewhere would be helpful. The bedrooms have one night stand and we have two c-paps so had to use a TV tray. There are no dressers to put anything on. The lights on the porch do not really illuminate the area to make it safe. We were there a whole week and would return but only if it's made more convenient for renters.
