Summary: The cottage & grounds were well maintained. Beautiful views of the water. We really enjoyed having the use of a paddle boat & canoe. The cottage was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but would recommend bringing your own pillow if you need to maintain a certain ergonomic position for a good sleep. Due to a fire ban for most of our eeek & then rain we were unable to use the fire pit but it looked very inviting. Used the lovely outdoor screened in portion of the deck for several meals because of inclement weather at the end of our stay. Our host Wendy kept in touch during our stay to ensure things were going well & was very helpful in recommending local restaurants was always responsive to our This was a very positive experience for our 1st time using Verbo.
