Summary: Missing in the Breakfast : crêpes, pains, pate a tartiner chocolat, jus d'orange, cruditée : salade, cornichon, mayonnaise Housekeeping : make the room on time ! 10 days every things was smooth and perfect and 5 days horribles (should to wait outside lot of time and pray the team to make the room as we met her when we leave 3h before) missing vanity set, water, pillow changed only 3 times during 17 days when i asked her she said I already changed yesterday as that I can see my make up on the pillow still there she just turn the side or its again wet.. side .... Team : Réceptionniste team was lovely , everybody carry on restaurant team, security gard everytime the smile and make the feeling you are in the good place, included the staff of others services : big mention to Frederick and to the team of public relation specially the manager to try to found solutions to resolve this 5 days of inconvenience but it was hard because at least evry days on the 5 had something wrong
