Positive: The hotel exceeded my expectations on cleanliness and comfort. Amazingly soft and clean bedding, pillows, and sheets. Great water pressure in the shower and the room was nice and quiet. It was a great, peaceful stay and the front desk staff was so very friendly.

Negative: The manager on duty was not responsive to emails, so my attempt to change my reservation failed and I never received an email back. I had to change my reservation due to severe weather, so was hoping that due to the extenuating circumstances, the reservation could be amended despite it being just past the Booking.com cutoff. The front desk staff gave me hope that I could get refunded for the additional day, but I was unable to reach the manager over the phone or in person to get this resolved.

Summary: Overall, wonderful stay. I just wish I could have gotten my issue of updating my booking resolved.
