Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: -Brand new, spotless, clean, really comfortable (amazing bed) -Calm, private -Amazing location (5 minutes walking from Matira beach, the best one on the main island)

Negative: -Bad customer service. Very unprofessional behaviour from the person who communicates with you via WhatsApp (she literally hanged up on me one day when I called her and explained that the wifi wasn’t working.) -There is NO HOT WATER -I had problems with the wifi for the first 3 days (you can buy a VINI eSIM once in Tahiti. It worked perfectly for me) -I stayed for ten days and they never checked if I needed something. -For the price I really expected more amenities than the ones you find in the studio -There is only one main very bright light in the whole place. A lamp would be appreciate it for night time. -I know is Bora Bora and everything is literally three times more expensive than any other island I’ve been too, but I just find ridiculous to pay 1300 euros for 9 nights (and booked with months in advance)
