Summary: Let me start with the location. In the heart of Intramuros it was very effective for me as I had something to do around. The check in experience not the service you would expect the check in at 2 pm is understandable but then when you arrive at 1:40 pm and they bush you away and make you wait not expected to have a room but to do the process. The front desk agents not with positive attitude. The whole hotel is old make you feel like a creepy movie. The Ac work great and there’s hot water but the room is in poor conditions for the price not worthy. The bed made me feel dirty all night with the sensation of not being clean, the towels smelled chlorine and good quality something reassuring but the rust and mold in the toilet no. In general a disappointing stay for the price. But having in mind it was efficient in location for me at one night need is just “ok” I would not stay here again now they I know. And I can’t recommend.
