This home has been professionally decorated to be your relaxing getaway with everything you need to truly come & unwind. No detail has been missed in this beach rental, fully furnished with all the amenities needed to just bring yourself & enjoy. Open layout with high ceilings and tons of natural light. Beautiful wood floors and high end furnishings. Large fenced in grass yard with new in ground heated pool, fire pit, gas grill and patio and lounge furniture. Ocean views from top floor. Main floor includes: Fully outfitted kitchen (microwave, stove/oven, toaster oven, Nespresso machine, K Cup/Keurig, coffee machine, Instant Pot, blender, and much more), two dining areas, 1 family room, 1 living room, powder bath, and home gym (Lululemon MIRROR, Peloton, Ifit Nordictrack treadmill, free weights, resistance bands, and yoga mat).
Upstairs includes: Primary bedroom (king) with private ensuite bath and ocean views, 1 hall bathroom with tub/shower, laundry room with washer/dryer, bedroom 1 (queen), bedroom 2 (full), and bedroom 3 (twin bunkbed).
The family room, queen bedroom and primary bedroom TVs have cable. The full bedroom and bunkbed bedroom are equipped with Smart TVs to stream Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.
All linens and towels are included in rental.
Our home is just a 3 minute walk to the beach (public beach access, no beach badges needed). Home includes beach towels, chairs, umbrella, toys, and cooler. If you want to enjoy the outdoors, but don't feel like heading to the beach, my backyard offers a large fenced in grass yard with heated pool, 6 loungers, 4 umbrellas, patio seating, dining table (seats 8), heat lamp, natural gas fire pit and bbq grill. If dining al fresco isn't what you are in the mood for, there are a handful of great restaurants in walking distance from the property. Kitchen Witch, Beach Tavern and Booskerdoo coffee are all just a few minutes away by foot. Long Branch and Sea Bright are about a 5-10 minute drive and include a long list of amazing restaurants and pubs/bars. There is a supermarket just a short 2 minute drive west.
There is parking for one car in the garage and two in driveway. No street parking is allowed.
