Villa Ratere is located on the east coast of the island of Moorea, only 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. Nestled in a private and secure residential area, Villa Ratere is an exceptional villa tastefully decorated and inviting to contemplation.
Within a fenced property and equipped with an electric gate, the villa Ratere, facing east is rocked by the sun until the afternoon, it is composed as follows:
On the ground floor :
- a very large living room with an office space, a large living room offering a breathtaking view. No opposite obstructs this 180° view on the lagoon and the island of Tahiti.
- A fully equipped kitchen,
- Two air-conditioned bedrooms, including a master suite with dressing room and bathtub. Each room is air-conditioned and has a queen size bed (160X200) and its own bathroom.
- The spacious and airy living room opens onto a beautiful terrace from which you can see the stilt bungalows of the Sofitel hotel located below the residence; the view is spectacular on the turquoise blue lagoon.
On the lower level is accessible by a staircase, an independent studio with a terrace overlooking the sea. It has a queen size bed, a convertible sofa, its own kitchen, television and bathroom. The whole is air-conditioned.
This very pleasant vacation rental comfortably accommodates 6 adults and will offer everyone the dream stay in Moorea!
N. B. We would like to warn families with young children that some areas are not secured and that the stairs are not suitable for small children. Therefore, this property is not suitable for families with children under the age of 12.
